President, CEO
Kirk Carraway is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Carraway Construction and founded the company in 1989. Under his leadership, Carraway Construction has become a leading General Contractor in the light commercial industry with completed projects across the State of Mississippi. As President and CEO, Kirk’s “hands-on” management style brings tremendous value and insight to his clients. As a liaison between client and inspector, developer, building owner or architect, his goal is to meet and exceed expectations in regard to budget, timing and quality of the final product.
Kirk holds the General Contractor Building Construction state license for the State of Mississippi. He graduated from Mississippi State University in 1984 with a degree in Economics.
Vice President, CFO
As Vice President and CFO, Cindy brings both operational and financial leadership to Carraway Construction. Her responsibilities include contract negotiations, risk management, oversight of all legal aspects related to the company, human resource management, accounting, procurement and management of the insurance and banking relationships of Carraway Construction. Cindy graduated from Mississippi State University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with emphasis in Marketing and Accounting.
